snap·shot – a brief appraisal, summary, or profile.

Every Monday we hope to provide our readers with snapshots of films being released for the upcoming weekend. This will be a brief summary of films that will assist our readers in the area of discernment. Instead of searching other sites and reading lengthy articles, it’s our hope to provide a concise list of all the films of the weekend in one consolidated post. The Call – A 911 operator must get involved in a serial abduction in order to save a girl’s life. Genre – drama, thriller; content – violence, language, and disturbing content.

Upside Down – A couple, whose worlds are separated by opposing gravitational forces, fight to see if love is stronger than gravity. Genre – drama, fantasy, romance; content – violence.

The Incredible Burt Wonderstone – A fading magician spends time with his childhood idol in order to remember what made him fall in love with magic to begin with. Genre – comedy; content – language, drug use, and sexual content.
