Every Monday we hope to provide our readers with snapshots of films being released for the upcoming weekend. This will be a brief summary of films that will assist our readers in the area of discernment. Instead of searching other sites and reading lengthy articles, it’s our hope to provide a concise list of all the films of the weekend in one consolidated post. If you wonder why we don’t list the MPAA ratings, please click here.

Killing Them Softly – A professional enforcer investigates some actions from a mob. Genre – drama, crime, thriller; content – strong violence, language, and drug use.

The Collection – A man is blackmailed by a serial killer who desires for him to enter his booby-trapped warehouse. Genre – horror, action, thriller; content – strong bloody violence, brief nudity, grisly images, and language.

Silent Night – Police in a small town go searching for a killer Santa Claus who is killing their citizens – right in time for the holidays!. Genre – thriller, action, horror; content – bloody violence, nudity, language and drug use.
